Copyright Notice

New Literaria is an open-access journal, published twice a year (January and August). It strictly follows the Budapest Open Access Initiative, as stated above, and is under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. This means that readers can freely read, download, and share (copy and distribute) work in any medium or format.

All copyright of work remains with the authors/contributors. They can reuse the work for their ends. However, authors will have to acknowledge the work’s original publication in New Literaria.

Authors are responsible for getting permission from Copyright Holders for the reproduction of articles, long quotations, maps, and images in the articles, essays, or illustrations that they submit for publication in the journal. All sources must be properly acknowledged. Obtaining copyright permission remains solely on the part of authors/contributors, and in case of copyright violation or/and plagiarism, the author/s will solely remain responsible and our Journal would not be held responsible and made a party to such cases.

Authors and others can archive the contents of the journal following the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License for academic and non-commercial purposes.

Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) before and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.
